Exterior Painting in Columbia, SC
Siding, brick, stucco, soffits, and trim, prepped for the heat and humidity that shorten a repaint cycle in the Midlands. Licensed and insured, with a written price up front.
What You Get
Everything included in an exterior repaint.
Midlands summers are hard on an exterior. Heat, humidity, pollen, and shade under mature trees all work against a finish, and every one of them is beaten in the prep.
Mildew wash first. Shade and humidity grow mildew on north-facing walls. Painting over it just seals it in.
Scrape, sand, and prime. Failing paint comes off and bare wood gets primed before anything else happens.
Caulk every joint. Trim, corners, and window seams sealed so water stays outside the wall assembly.
Siding, brick, and stucco. Different surfaces take different products. We match the coating to what you actually have.
Soffits, fascia, and porch ceilings. The parts people skip are the parts that fail first, so they are in the scope.
Weather-aware scheduling. We work around afternoon storms and dew point rather than pushing through them.
Humidity decides more about an exterior job than the paint does.

Questions
Exterior painting, answered.
Square footage, how many stories, the surface, and how much scraping and priming the exterior needs all move the number. The estimate is free and in writing so you can compare scopes rather than guesses. Projects of $2,500 or more qualify for $250 off.
Spring and fall are ideal. Summer works if we start early and watch the dew point, and the exterior calendar around Lake Murray fills up well before the season starts, so booking early matters.
Sooner than in a drier climate. Heat, humidity, and sun exposure all shorten the cycle, and homes with a lot of exposed wood trim come up first. Prep is what stretches the interval.
Yes, and we do a lot of it. Painted brick needs the right masonry product and clean, dry substrate, or it peels. We will tell you honestly at the estimate whether your brick is a good candidate.
