The year-five repaint

The exteriors follow a similar curve. The substrate is usually fine, since these are newer fiber cement and vinyl homes, but the south and west elevations start chalking and the caulk joints at the trim open up. That job is a wash, a re-caulk, and quality coats, not a full scrape and prime. Priced honestly, it should reflect that.
Two-story elevations and vaulted interiors
New construction in Lexington means tall elevations outside and vaulted ceilings, open stairwells, and bonus rooms inside. Both need proper access equipment. A vaulted great room or a two-story foyer is not a step-ladder job, and cutting in a clean line twenty feet up is a different skill from painting a bedroom.
