Custom Finishes and Touch-Ups in Columbia, SC
Accent walls, ceilings, millwork, and specialty finishes, plus the small repairs and touch-ups that decide whether a room reads finished or almost finished.
What You Get
The details that finish a room.
Most painting is walls. This is the other part: the ceiling nobody thought to paint, the paneling that changes a whole room, and the half-finished corners somebody else left behind. It is slower work and it is measured before it is painted.
Accent walls, laid out to the room. Stripes, color blocks, and panelled walls set out to the actual wall rather than to a template, so the lines land where the eye expects them.
Coffered, tray, and vaulted ceilings. Picked out in a second color where it earns its keep. A charcoal coffer with white beams changes a room more than any wall color will.
Millwork and paneling. Board and batten, wainscot, picture rail, and built-ins, caulked and finished so the profile still reads sharp up close.
Specialty finishes. Different sheens on trim and walls, color-matched to what is already in the room, tested on site before the whole wall gets committed.
Touch-ups and small repairs. Scuffs, dings, nail pops, and the corners another crew rushed. If a previous finish cannot be matched cleanly, we will say so rather than blending it badly.
A layout you approve first. Anything with a pattern gets set out on the wall and looked at together before a single coat goes on.
Anything with a pattern gets measured twice and painted once.

Questions
Custom finishes, answered.
Anything past a plain wall color. Striped and panelled accent walls, coffered and tray ceilings picked out in a second color, board and batten, wainscot, built-ins, and mixed sheens. If you have seen something you like, bring us the picture.
It depends on the size, the detail, and how many colors are involved. A single accent wall and a full coffered ceiling are very different jobs. The estimate is free and in writing, and projects of $2,500 or more qualify for $250 off.
Yes. Bring us the paint, the chip, or the room itself and we will match it. On anything with a pattern we lay it out on the wall first so you can approve the spacing before paint goes on.
Yes. Touch-ups and small repairs are a real part of this service. If the old finish has faded or cannot be matched cleanly, we will tell you up front rather than blending it badly and hoping.
